10.0The hotel and the staff are all a credit to the company the Manager Violet could not do enough to ensure we had a brilliant experience both in the hotel and Hoi an she was ably supported by her colleagues Alice on reception in the restaurant Lisa and Lily were always very attentive if I could name all the staff I would do as each and everyone of them contributed to a wonderful stay in Hoi an Helen and Paul England

10.0Room was good, got a nice anniversary room upgrade and pastries, room was also decorated for us. Really liked the breakfast. Thanks to Alice and Tina for their service
