2.0Checked in, was given room key, unlocked room door only to find another man asleep in the bed. Super unsafe place. I’ve now been fighting for a refund for 2 days.

4.0Staff wasn't at the table or even near the entrance, found the desk concierge talking with people outside the building. Outside smelled like smoke. Inside smelled even worse, yet somehow the lobby was OK. The room smelled even worse. The building looked relatively new yet somehow the cleanliness left it falling like i stepped into a 60 year old bronx apartment building. I suppose this was why the price was so low. I would only consider staying here again with my family if these things were taken care of first otherwise i won't be staying here again.
