− Emailed to say we will be after 6pm as told to. No reply and when we arrived man on duty wasn't happy!
Please note that a personal check-in is possible Monday to Sunday between 15:00 and 18:00. Self-check in is possible from 18:00 to 10:00 in the morning. If you plan on arriving after the regular check-in hours, please contact the property in advance. Contact details are stated in the booking confirmation.
Please note that after the regular check-in hours, only self check-in is available at this property. The property will send you the code for opening the key safe right at the entrance door. Alternatively, you can call the number on the main door in order to get late check-in instructions and your code for the key box. On departure, please put the key in the mail box next to the door.
The entire amount will be deducted from your credit card after booking. The city tax has to be paid in cash upon check-in at the office. For guests checking in after opening hours, the city tax will be deducted from the credit card.
