10.0Cel mai frumos mod de a încheia sejurul nostru din Italia.Nu am cuvinte să descriu modul în care ne-au tratat...totul impecabil,la superlativ.As recomanda o zi suplimentară pentru a vă bucura de colecția impresionantă de cărți puse la dispoziție într-o atmosferă de vis!

10.0L'attenzione per il cliente. Già dalla mia richiesta del check-in anticipato ho ricevuto in pochi minuti la risposta con una soluzione. I modi di fare molto gentili di tutto il personale dall'accettazione a quello che abbiamo incontrato volta per volta nella struttura. Un altro aspetto per me molto importante è stata la camera silenziosa, pulita ed accogliente (che affaccia su degli alberi di agrumi). In camera è presente un bollitore per preparare un te in autonomia. La colazione accontenta sicuramente tutti. Sia gli amanti del dolce, sfornato al momento, che del salato, con molta scelta tra vari formaggi a pasta molle e dura e salumi, oltre a yogurt, marmellate, miele, e spalmabili al cioccolato. Il cappuccino viene preparato al momento dal personale di sala che è molto premuroso.

9.0Sehr freundliches Personal. Liebevoll eingerichtet. Tolles Frühstück. Gemütliches Zimmer mit bequemen Bett, klimatisiert, großes Bad. City nahe Lage, aber dennoch sehr ruhig gelegen.

8.0Heel leuke accommodatie, gezellig ingericht. Gezellig om ‘s avonds beneden te zitten en nog iets te drinken. Fijn dat er altijd water en koekjes ter beschikking stonden. Ontbijt was ook top, alles was aanwezig.
− Personeel kon geen engels. Deden ook niet echt moeite om ons te verstaan. We stuurden berichten maar hier werd ook niet heel snel op geantwoord.
