La gentilezza non basta
4.0La gentilezza del proprietario/receptionist, il parcheggio in garage per la moto, la fermata del bus gratuito proprio davanti all'uscita della struttura.
− arriviamo e la carta di credito con booking (che ha sempre funzionato anche pochi minuti prima per fare benzina) non funzionava ed abbiamo dovuto pagare in contanti e, di conseguenza, la prenotazione per Booking risulta cancellata. Avevamo prenotato la mansarda ma c’è stata data una camera al piano terra (pensavamo ad una gentilezza, un upgrade) e al momento non ci ha dato fastidio ma… Purtroppo però, e qui vengono le note dolenti, la struttura è datata e con poca manutenzione e quindi presenta molti problemi. Tralascio il fatto che gli asciugamani (mancava il tappetino del bagno) ci siano stati consegnati al check in e che noi, sporchi dopo 400 km in moto con giacche, borse e caschi in mano anch'essi sporchi, abbiamo dovuto portarceli in camera. In uno degli asciugamani era inoltre presente un animale secco (cimice?). La camera è, come tutto l’hotel, lasciata andare, vecchia e piccola. L’asciugacapelli dopo pochi secondi si spegne e non funziona più (bisogna aspettare che si raffreddi). La porta della doccia (in vetro) non scorre e bisogna fare forza per chiudere e a mio modo di vedere è MOLTO pericoloso. Ci sarebbero altre cose (nella mini-cucina non c'è neppure un cucchiaino) che tralascio... MI dispiace veramente lasciare una recensione negativa, soprattutto per la gentilezza di cui sopra, ma è stato il peggior posto dove abbiamo soggiornato a Livigno dove torniamo spesso durante l’anno. Conclusione, se viaggiate a budget e vi fermate una notte o due va benissimo ma io non ci tornerei. E' un peccato...visto la struttura come potrebbe essere (ma non è) è un vero peccato!
