The location was perfect, very tranquil and peaceful and away from high tourist areas. The studios are right next to a beach that has a fantastic sunset view and in a grove of olive trees! There are colorful flowers and friendly cats roaming the area. Nikos is a fantastic host and helped us rent a moped for the duration of our trip and gave us other tips about the island! His mother, Kiki was also very kind and welcomed us like family. The room had everything that we could need. We had such a wonderful time and hope to return soon! Thank you Biskinis family and is to epanidín!

Wonderful place to stay

My wife and I had a very relaxing escape from the world at this idyllic seaside hideout. Nicos and hi mom Kiki were so welcoming. We enjoyed delicious coffee and breakfasts prepared by Nicos every morning, then drove off to explore a different location on this enchanting island. I swam every day on the beach right in front of the resort. There are a number of really good restaurants within walking distance or a short drive. If you're looking for a quiet beach vacation in a beautiful villa with friendly hosts, this is the place!

A hidden Gem !

here at the quiet part of the Island on the sea shore, it is nice to stay. Mrs Kiki and her son Nicos, do their best to make you happy. spacious villas, excellent view to the sea and the neighbor island and good bed etc. all super clean with good service. nearby are very nice local restaurants, you DO NEED a car to move around, its not okay by foot and bicycle, too dangerous on the local roads.

I have just returned from a week in this gorgeous place and I'd love to go straight back. The villas are lovely and the views are amazing. Nikos and his mother Kiki are so welcoming and you do leave feeling like part of the family. The area is quiet. We walked for 4 days around the immediate area and then Nikos arranged to have a car delivered for the last 2 days which was great as the roads were so quiet at this time of year and we got to see more of this beautiful island. One tip though would be to book earlier in October as a lot of places had shut down for the winter as it was a quieter area of the island.

Stayed here for a fortnight in September, in one of the simple apartments. Though simple all that was needed was catered for and the bed was very comfortable. Apartment cleaned and bedding etc changed every 3 days or so. Owner Nikos and his mother Kiki were lovely hosts happy to have a conversation but never over fussy. The place is fairly remote and isn't in Alykes more 5k or so outside if you're a walker you can walk to town in an hour or so. But if you are looking for nightlife this isnt the place for you. If however, you're looking for an oasis of peace and tranquillity you couldn't find a better place. The pebble beach you'll have more or less to yourself most of the time and the waters are clear and warm. With maybe five or so good taverna's or restaurants within 10- or 15-minutes' walk. Really enjoyed our stay and if simple peace and quiet is your type of holiday couldn't recommend highly enough.

We stayed here for two weeks this June and all I can say is wow! Everything about this place is perfect. We stayed in one of the beach front villas and it was amazing. Everything you need is there. The bed is super comfortable, the shower is powerful and the kitchen is fully equipped. The patio area is furnished and you have your own sun loungers on the grass just outside. The villa and surrounding areas are spotlessly clean. What's very hard to describe is the view from the villas. The pictures just don't do it justice! It is absolutely stunning and the sunsets are so beautiful. Access to the beach is down a short path where there are steps down on to the pebble beach. The water you'll be lucky enough to swim in is crystal clear and just the right temperature to cool down in but not be cold. It was so nice that husband, who would always prefer a pool if possible, has completely changed his mind after swimming here. I would recommend you bring swimming/snorkeling shoes with you. The location of the villas is remote which is one of the things we loved about it. It is so quiet, the perfect place to relax. There are a couple of tavernas close by. I would recommend Bougarini Tavern just opposite the mini market, and highly recommend Armonia Restaurant. The level of service provided here is second to none. From the minute I contacted Nikos about booking he was so helpful and quick to respond. He arranged taxis for us to/from the airport and another couple of times during our stay, as well as boat hire. Our flight over was delayed so we were really late arriving, but Nikos was there to greet us regardless and show us around the villa. He also runs the snack bar where we had some lovely food and beers, and is a wealth of knowledge about the area. Kiki is possibly one of the nicest, most welcoming people I think I've met. She will do anything to make your stay as lovely as possible, including opening her home to you while she provides homemade lemoncello and fresh veg from her garden! She has an obvious love for her home and the nature that surrounds it, it's contagious! It really is very hard to put into words just how amazing this place is. If you get the opportunity to go, jump at it. You won't regret it!
