6.0O pequeno almoço tinha pouca variedade.
− A limpeza dos quartos. A piscina que ficou indisponível a meio da estadia. O pequeno almoço com poucas opções de variedade e sem ovos.
Ubicación privilegiada pero mucha dejadez en las instalaciones
6.0Escogimos este hotel por la ubicación y por los servicios que supuestamente ofrecía. Lugar tranquilo en un entorno privilegiado, con vistas al valle y con sitios de interés cercanos. El complejo en sí es bonito, el edificio con habitaciones parece cuidado desde fuera y es coherente con el entorno. Con la reserva se incluía desayuno buffet, parking gratis y piscina. Nos reubicaron en la suite principal y la estancia mejoró notablemente.
− La piscina no estaba limpia. Avisamos al personal pero 3 días después seguía igual. Por tanto, no pudimos disfrutarla. El desayuno nos decepcionó. No había variedad ni productos con un mínimo de calidad. Bollería industrial, pan de molde, productos envasados y fiambre del barato. A pesar de que la ubicación nos encantó, las calidades del hotel dejan mucho que desear. El mobiliario está anticuado y las habitaciones tienen carencias de cosas básicas, como lamparita o solo hay una mesita de noche, tampoco hay perchas en el baño para las toallas. La primera noche apenas dormimos. Resulta que en nuestra habitación no funcionaba el aire acondicionado y yo, embarazada de 5 meses lo pasé bastante mal. A la mañana siguiente lo hice saber en recepción y he de decir que, a pesar de la dejadez general del sitio, se portaron muy bien y nos recompensaron, reubicandonos en la suite principal. La estancia mejoró notablemente tras este cambio. No obstante, es una pena que un sitio tan bonito y en un entorno tan privilegiado lo estén dejando morir por dejadez. Quizás sería más recomendable no intentar abarcar tanto y focalizar los esfuerzos en modernizar las habitaciones y todo el mobiliario, arreglar desperfectos, contratar más personal, mejorar el desayuno y darle un buen cambio de estética al lugar porque estoy convencida de que el hotel mejoraría considerablemente y la gente acabaría encantada tras su estancia.

− Recomiendo división en las habitaciones familiares, aunque sea con un simples Biombo.
