Outstanding location with the friendliest staff!
10.0What an awesome stay! We came here during the annual Lobsterfest. The hotel is only half a mile away from the park with all the events. For the parade, you can literally relax on your balcony to watch all the events unfold. A decent free breakfast is provided each morning along with the city’s local coffee brew. They also have a nice little fire pit out front to relax and have a snack or beer. The entire staff is super friendly and helpful. We couldn’t ask for a better stay. I strongly suggest this hotel if you’re planning to attend the Lobsterfest or if you plan to take a morning ferry (the boat dock is literally across the street) or just plan to explore Rockland and the neighboring towns. We will 100% return to this hotel the next time we are in town.

I would definitely stay here again. I believe every room above the first floor had a view of the harbor.
