We were disappointed with the cleanliness and the staff weren’t friendly or helpful at all.
4.0It was walking distance to central London and seemed to be in a nice area.
− It was very dirty. Visible stains on the cushions and bed runner. The bathroom was very run down and dirty. The toilet cistern was broken.

− It was dusty everywhere. Shower filthy Bed sheets dirty Hallway to property looks like not been hoovered in years. When we handed in card at end of stay. All we got was that's it not a good bye or how was your stay.
