Everything was very clean. The beds are very comfortable. They did pack us a breakfast as we had to leave very early in the morning.

− The wifi did not work as fast and good as advertised. The stay is not good value for money. There is no self-catering facilities and the dinner is not included in the price and is very expensive, we had to make use of this as there was no alternative. The breakfast that was included is also not the money worth. The bedding and curtains are outdated and the bathroom is also outdated and the shower are small. We stayed at another lodge the previous night for the same price with much more value for our money.

This must be the best lodge in the world. At least that's how they made me feel. Staff is amazing, facilities are great. Packed breakfast at 6 am, that's actually enough food for the whole day.

Our stay at Namib Naukluft Lodge was truly one of the highlights of our Namibia adventure and a place we will remember for years to come. The location is simply spectacular. Surrounded by vast open plains, endless horizons and the raw beauty of the Namibian landscape, the lodge offers an experience that feels both peaceful and awe-inspiring. Waking up each morning to such breathtaking scenery and watching the colours of the landscape change throughout the day was unforgettable. What made our stay even more special was the incredible hospitality. Every member of staff was warm, welcoming and genuinely caring. They went out of their way to make our family comfortable, and nothing ever seemed too much trouble. As vegetarians, we are often prepared to compromise when travelling in remote locations. What we did not expect was to be treated to an outstanding four-course vegetarian dinner every evening. The food was simply mind-blowing. Each meal was thoughtfully prepared, beautifully presented and absolutely delicious. It was one of the biggest surprises of our trip and something we looked forward to every day. The care and effort the chefs put into creating such wonderful vegetarian meals did not go unnoticed and was greatly appreciated. The lodge strikes the perfect balance between comfort and authenticity. Sitting outside surrounded by silence, nature and endless open space was one of the most peaceful experiences we have ever had. Namibia is a beautiful country, but what touched us most was the kindness of its people. Everywhere we travelled, we encountered warmth, humility and genuine hospitality, and the team at Namib Naukluft Lodge embodied those qualities perfectly. Thank you for giving our family such wonderful memories. We arrived as guests and left with a deep appreciation for this special place and the amazing people who made our stay so memorable.
