3.0Personnel à l’écoute et compréhensif
− Il y avait une odeur désagréable dans la chambre. Une mosquée est adjacente à l’hôtel, nous avons eu le droit à l’appel à la prière 5 fois par jour. Notamment les hauts parleurs dès 5h30…Puis dès 8h vous entendez les entraînements de muay thai si vous êtes dans une des chambres adjacentes à la salle…

− tres sale le sol etait pas nettoyé la salle de bain est franchement sale avec les sols qui se decollent de la moisissure partout des fourmis dans tout les coins les matelas sont vieux et pas confortables mon bebe de 18 mois ne pouvait meme pas aller par terre tellement c’était sale il avait tout le temps les pieds remplis de saletes et de fourmis les draps des autres chambres qui sechent a l’extérieur c’est bien mais le bordel et les draps qui traînent dans les herbes et sousbla pluie c’est moins glop

− Terrible noise!!! Muay Thai boxing nearby, motorbikes under your window, big road noises and the mosk nearby 4 times in day allahuakbar... Lot of people walking and talking...

− Everything! Is was absolutely not worth the money we paid 5600 baht for 3 nights and when we got there they assigned us a different room than we requested (wayyyyy uglier). Upon my request that I want the room I booked they kicked another couple out of their room so we could move in. The other room was a bit better but still horrible. It was dark and very very filthy they hadn‘t even washed the bathmat. Absolutely not worth the money we booked another room then in a different hotel for waaaayyyyyyy less that was perfectly fine. Do not waste your money there. Just gave them the key and left. Would be okay for maybe a third of the price they ask.
