Needs cleaner linen!
6.0The Spa facilities were possibly the nicest we have ever been to. The breakfast was also very good bar the pastries which were stale.
− One of the bathrobes was stained and dirty, we asked for it to be replaced only to be given another equally dirty robe. We pulled back the duvet and there was what looked like blood stains on the duvet cover and a metal staple attached to one of the pillowcases which meant we had to vacate the room so that they could change the bedding. At each of these three issues were met with apathy, which made it feel like it happened alot! We chose a refurbished room because one of my pet hates is a dirty bathroom and low and behold the shower grout was absolutely disgusting as was the silicone sealant. There was nowhere to put your toiletries in the shower and the shower toiletries provided were in a position which meant that as a short person I had to stand directly under the water to reach the toiletries which when washing long hair is extremely annoying especially when also trying to hold a sponge because there was nowhere to put it apart from the floor. There were cobwebs on the headboard going to the bedside lights. There was no luggage rack to put suitcases on. There was nowhere to dry the towels which meant we couldn't use them the following day. The mattress was horrendously hard, both my husband and I woke several times and were both achy the flowwing day due to how hard the bed was. TV screen was really dirty.

Beautiful place, clean and so much work it
10.0I loved how clean it is. I loved the secluded area it is situated on. I loved that that it wasn’t extremely busy either.
