Super Finca mit Vollausstattung
10.0Sehr gut ausgestattete Finca: alle Zimmer mit Klima, 2 voll ausgerüstete Küchen mit Riesenkühlschränken. Pool und Grundstück immer sauber (jeden morgen mit Pool-Robo). Viel Platz. Vermieter wohnt nebenan und hilft wenn nötig (Kommunikation in spanisch via Übersetzungsapps), sonst super Privatsphäre. Lage super 3 min von Inca mit vielen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Rrstaurants, Palma oder Alcudia in 30 min Autobahn erreichbar.
− Die Abwicklung der Kaution und Anmeldung erfolgt über Agentur Ideal Property, deren Tools und Prozesse sind etwas umständlich, hat aber alles reibungslos geklappt.

10.0Everything is well stocked and the owners are wonderful and very helpful. Barbeque works fine too, and the salon with the pellet heater is very welcoming. Dream house for the summer with the pool. Also very nice to have a little playground for the kids
− If you go in winter, the heating is via reversible airconditioner which is not ideal if you are sensible to it , compared to traditional heating.
