− El aire acondicionado del todo el piso 14 estaba dañado, las habitaciones un horno! Nos cambiaron de habitación al otro día. El personal habla muy mal inglés y nos llamó la atención que las mismas personas del lobby atendían las mesas en el desayuno. La ducha estaba floja y mal remendada.

Nice hotel on the beach. Can’t beat the location.
8.0It is right across from the beach and all the shops and cafes. The main lounge and breakfast room is on the 15th floor with amazing views of the beach and bridge. Rooms are big.
− The housekeeping was not great. They did not restock toilet paper (like there was none) and the garbage wasn’t taken out.

9.0The room is spacious and super clean, the area was super nice too, specially at night time. If you take a taxi to get there, it's better if you get off a couple blocks before, the area is super busy.
− The staff at the front desk wasn't very welcoming, the first experience it's very confused, the front elevators were under maintenance, only one elevator for the entire hotel and not many signs about it.
