9.0It's perfectly located near Zavoi Park, close to city centre/Capela hills. Friendly staff and great facilities. We usually have a morning coffee downstairs and it's always nice. Worth the money.

10.0Usually, before booking a place, I read first the low score reviews, regardless of the total score, though in this case I haven't come across these negative aspects mentioned in the reviews, during my stay. Perfect quiet central location right in the park, beautiful patrimony building, spotless rooms, the front desk staff very professional and friendly (I've met and interacted with all three shifts, I like to mention here the girl at check in, which attended me also with my bleading wound), the restaurant staff also brilliant, especially Loredana...! who went out of her way to meet my demands...! :), the chamber maides polite and helpful... so I couldn't understand all those negatives reviews....
− On the down side, the air conditioning was set not to go bellow 23 C which is a bit uncomfortable un a hot summer day and the carpets on the floor corridors need to be changed.
