6.0We moesten inchecken met een sleutel kastje, we konden de sleutel er niet uit krijgen. Gebeld, bleek dat we de verkeerde code hadden ontvangen. Vriendelijke mevrouw aan de telefoon en we kregen de juiste code. We hadden graag ontbijt gehad. Bleek nu dat dit niet meer mogelijk is, de hele keuken/restaurant is gesloten. Het is nu meer een kamer waar je verblijft en zelf incheckt met een sleutel uit een sleutelkastje. De kamers had ik graag dichtbij elkaar gewild, ook dit verzoek gedaan bij boeken, dit was niet zo. We hadden zelfs een andere ingang. De kamers waren wel netjes en schoon.

8.0Die 1000. jährige Eiche ganz in der Nähe am Ort ist sehr imposant. Bad Kissingen 12 km entfernt sensationell.

− Online geboekt met ontbijt. Er was helemaal geen ontbijt.

− Self-Checkin, kein Personal, anonym. Und dann war kein Schlüssel im angegebenen Schlüsselkasten. Erst nach mehrfachen Telefonie-Versuchen konnte in der Nacht jemanden erreichen, und habe dann den Code für einen anderen Schlüsselkasten bekommen. Das ist nicht gut so!
