4.0Restaurant war komplett geschlossen. Zimmer im 2. Stock ohne Aufzug war für mich, gehbehindert nicht zu erreichen. Musste Aufpreis (15€) für Zimmer über Aufzug zu erreichen zahlen. Also 30€ für Diskriminierung zahlen. Das erste Zimmer was dann angeboten wurde war nicht gemacht, also benutzt. Also nochmal wechseln. Grundsätzlich schlechte Reinigung, Toilette im Zimmer dreckig und im allgemeinen Bereich ebenfalls. Das Hotel geht gar nicht, wenn man schon Personalmangel als ressourcenschonend bezeichnet fühle ich mich verschaukelt.
