The cooked breakfast was delicious and every effort was made to maintain a high standard and quality of food and its presentation. We had asked for poached eggs but the chef wasn’t happy with how they were turning out, so refused to serve them, and asked whether we would prefer them fried or scrambled. Nice to see that the staff had set high standards and weren’t willing to skimp. The location was beautiful and quiet too.

− It’s hard to say. The hotel is obviously a very popular place to stay and the staff are very busy, plus everyone was very approachable and helpful. There were odd areas around the hotel corridors and in our room, which were looking slightly tired and needed some touching up, but this is being picky and it was no cause to warrant a complaint.
