楽しめたがお風呂が熱かった。
7.0フロントの方が、美味しい蕎麦屋さんを教えてくれました。スタッフの対応良かったです。 朝のバイキングも、沢山食べれて満足できました。 駅から徒歩5分で便利な場所に有り荷物預かってもらって観光ができました。
− 1階のコーヒーサーバーが故障して カルビスが用意されてましたが、 飲みたかったです。 大浴場の浴槽の温度が46℃と熱く、つかれなかったので、電話して調整をお願いしました。

10.0The staff provided truly excellent service. I don't speak Japanese, which made dealing with government offices and finding directions quite difficult, they always showed great patience. They went out of their way to offer me thorough assistance with all my problems.
