− During our 3-day stay, we experienced water outages issue for 2 days. This is unacceptable mistake for an hotel of this standard. The hotel should have had an alternative plan to deal situations like this. Also, this was the first time i have ever been charged extra for an Americano coffee when staying on a package that included breakfast. I really enjoy having coffee with my breakfast, so this was another disappointing aspect of our stay.

− Odanın içinde yan odaya bağlantısı olan kilitlenmiş bir kapı var ,kıyafetler için dolap askılık yetersiz. Duşa kabinin kapakları arızalıydı , otel lobidindeki duvar kağıdında tüm dünya şehirlerinin ismi yazıyor en çok turistle rodosa ziyarete gelen Türkiyenin hiçbir şehri olmaması beni üzdü.
