− 在那住的时候发现浴室只有一个开放着，如果能开放更多浴室就好了

9.0Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Atmosphäre in der Bar war hilfreich, um Leute kennen zu lernen und Tipps für die Reise zu bekommen.
− Die Betten sind etwas hart aber in Ordnung.
Character and space with great vibes
9.0Fabulous staff and location. Great atmosphere and social spaces. Generous room (2 people.in a 3 person room) and great old character. Two lovely onsen and a great shower space.
− The building is not young amd as such she has some creaks and cracks and therenis no sound proofing, but! Ear plugs are provided and the aircon is a great white noise machine. Excellent space, pools and staff for the money.

8.0Bel hôtel à proximité de la station Gora Hakone. Les 2 onsens privatifs sont un vrai plus. Les chambres sont propres et le personnel est très gentil. Il y a une cuisine pour prendre ses repas et un bar.
− Pas de nourriture proposée le matin ou le soir, à prévoir si vous arrivez un peu tard ou bien un jour où les restaurants à proximité sont fermés. La supérette la plus proche est à la gare précédente.
