We enjoyed the lake access and outdoor amenities, but the condition of the property did not fully me
4.0direct access to the lake, grill, air conditioner, overall it was clean and the beds were comfortable
− The sink was clogged. There was a missing cover plate on one of the electrical outlets. In some areas, the laminate flooring felt unstable and sagged when walked on. There was also no bath mat in the bathroom, which made it uncomfortable because the tile floor was cold. There was black mold around the edges of the bathtub in the bathroom. the description said that the pool was heated, but in fact it turned out that this was not the case, also a saw black mud at the bottom of the pool. Than poor Wifi speed, so even a mobile phone couldn't download instagram

1.0Not much- place is very run down. Nice piece of property that could be so much more.
− Well-the whole place is outdated from the 1960s! There are many bandaids put on these units from the floors to the doors and windows. The wood is old and disgusting. Besides that the bathroom is a disgrace. Could use a demo and a redo. Water barely draining while you shower- gross. Clean it up or shut it down would be my suggestion. Not sure how you can charge ppl for sub par accommodations.
