Children under 10 years old are not allowed in the Twin Room, the Deluxe Twin Room and the Twin Room with Tatami Area.

Guests with a tattoo may not be permitted to enter public bathing areas and other public facilities.

Special diet requests must be made in advance. Please inform the hotel at the time of booking.

The hotel offers a free shuttle to/from Hakone Yumoto Station, which runs from the station from 14:00 to 18:00, and from the hotel between 8:00 and 10:00.
