10.0All above- close to center so easy walking yet a bit away so quiet
− Their door keys become very rapidly demagnetized. It was super exhausting. That was the only negative drawback - we kept having to get our keys rekeyed so often. They share that this is common in Italy, but I have to be honest I travel internationally and I’ve never had a place have this much problem with keying their cards and having them get demagnetized.

8.0Parfait ! Chambre propre, personnel accueillant et agréable. L'emplacement est idéal, à proximité de tous les sites touristiques. Je recommande cet hôtel sans hésitation !
It turned out all good
6.0Very convenient
− We had issues checking in. My daughter booked a family room and when we went to check in there wasn’t one with 4 beds and they tried to tell her it was her fault. So 2 people booked a night in another hotel so that was 2 extra taxes paid. It was sorted the next day but very frustrating and she has received money back from yourselves. The major point it that they, the hotel, would not take responsibility for their mistake.
