No heat, No response from the management...

The apartment was kind of chilly side but we dealt with it for first two days. But the temperature dropped to below 20 and the heat wasn't coming out. So I tried to contact the local rep and the management trough calls and text messages several times but no one got back to me for more than 12 hours. Then I called the Hotels.com and explained the situation. After I've talked to the Hotels.com then finally the management called me back and said they will fix the problem. However when I got back to the apartment that night, the heat was still out of order and my family spent a very cold night. I would not recommend this property due to the lack of responsiveness and difficulty of contating them. If you don't bump into any problem then it might be ok, but don't count on being able to get in touch with them once you get the key.

Andy is a great guy and works to make his customers feel at home My only criticism is that it's a bit noisy - there are numerous buildings in the Area under construction There is no double glazing and the noise is pretty bad early in the morning. Also it would have nice to have milk, the company has hand basic staples in apartment Upside - service, comfort, closeness to amenities and transportation. . Freuggiuû

This spacious apartment is located in a fantastic area of Manhattan (Chelsea) close to subway lines & ideal for sight seeing! We cannot recommend this apartment or the hosts highly enough.
