9.0Très bien placé. A proximité des endroits à voir tout en étant au calme parfait. De plus, la station pour prendre la navette aéroport est à 5 minutes à pied de l'appartement.

9.0Very convenient location, close to the Grand Canal and vaporetto stop. Bed and pillows were very comfortable. Excellent communication with hists, who provided tips and were in touch with WhatsApp.
− Air conditioning units were very loud and was difficult to adjust temperature. Woukd have been nice to have some kitchen towels.
Appartement médiocre et cher pour la qualité
7.0L’emplacement de l’appartement est très bien central et au calme. Le vaporetto est à trois minutes à pied. Bonne trattoria à côté Le jeune homme qui nous a ramené les clés était serviable.
− Aucune vue de l’appartement, les pièces donnent sur un mur. la décoration est vieillotte, nous n’avions droit qu’à une seule capsule de café par jour et par personne alors qu’on a payé 250 € pour une nuit. Le confort global n’était vraiment pas la hauteur du prix par rapport aux autres appartements que nous avons utilisé lors de notre séjour à Venise.

10.0Nos recibió Mateo super bien quedando a disposición para nuestras consultas. El departamento es realmente hermoso, cuenta con intimidad de equipamientos. La cama es muy cómoda y lo mejor es su ubicación cerca de las atracciones pero en un lugar muy tranquilo. Lo recomendamos fuertemente! Graxie Verónica ❣️

10.0Incredible place designed by a host who thought of every possible thing you might need for your stay. I was unbelievably surprised by every resource at our disposal, letting us only ever worry about food while also making sure to give precise and constant information of every small detail about Venice a tourist might not know, from scams to noticeable or important locations. The employee who greeted us was incredibly respectful, gave us location to a nearby market and even took time to help us off-duty so we could be assured on the return of our deposit. I will certainly be inclined to choose it once more should I return.
A surcharge of 50 € applies for arrivals after check-in hours. All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property. The latest possible check-in, even if paying the surcharge, is 21:00.
Please note, the apartment is located on the third floor of a building with no lift. It is accessed via 70 steps.
Guests are responsible for keeping their keys safe during their stay. If keys are forgotten inside the apartment or accidentally locked out, a €50 fee will be charged for emergency assistance. Assistance is available from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM. Outside of these hours, service is not guaranteed. Lost keys will incur the cost of replacing the lock and a complete set of keys.
