What a wonderful stay I had! The apt was well kept and tidy with lots of natural light. The rooms were nice and cool. I was really pleased with the staff and the whole process. They made it really easy for me. Thanks again!

They call it an apartment but to me it felt more like I was staying at a villa. The place is nicely decorated and very cozy. The rooms were well lite and air conditioned, but my favorite part of this centrally located Guest Apartment is the back terrace seating area. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

The property is beautifully. The problem is you might book this place but unpon arrival you will hear its overbooked we will give a refund bye." That was my experience, finding a place was very hard its a holiday season, yes i did receive a refund email which take 8days to refund on my card. Which means securing a place i would have to pay out of pocket. Ortiz did try finding other listing but they were not equal to this aptment meaning most were like 2 stars listening. This was my worst trip to Ja n it all started from not having a place to stay because of everyones carelessness.

Read the small print carefully!

The place had a misleading ad offering a free breakfast, but what was actually offered was to get you the ingredients so you could fix it yourself. The catch was that you had to let them know 72 hours ahead of time in order to get the food. The room was also advertised as having a mountain view and there is no such thing in the place. It is a one story house and all you could see was the backyard or walls. They should be more straightforward so there are no false expectations by the customers. In this case it is very important to read the small print.
