Overall stay was great! could use a deep clean but it was ok.

I booked stay on hotels.com. Called number few days before arrival and was instructed to reach out via whats app, no response. I arrive in Jamaica and security said " you need a code". I reached out to number provided and no answer Let's just say I ended up booking at the pegasus. I Called hotels.com but due to a 2 hour wait, I hung up. Travelers beware!!!

I arrived an hour early for check-in. The front desk attendant informed me that they had never received my reservation from expedia. The attendant then called the apartment owner. The owner called me and also said that he had never received expedia reservation, but somehow he had my information; name check-in/out date etc. He informed me that he did not have a room on this property for me. He then wanted to move me to a property across town. I didn't want to be across town, because i had chosen the proper to have access to the business district, but I agreed because it was spring break and very few properties available. However, I called a nearby hotel and they had availability. I called owner back and told him of my decision to stay in business district. He would not refund my money. He lied to expedia and told them I was a no show, and apparently expedia policy is to believe the owner regardless of facts. I took a phot while on the property clearly demonstrating I was there.

This is a horrible place. the picture is not accurate.

Good if you do not want to pay too much.

The apartment is very close to the business center. I can look at the Pegasus and Marriott which was not far ways. Good way to save money and the apartment was very clean and comfortable.

I could not contact to Apartment Staff despite contacting many times. So I couldn't stay here. But no return money. too worst apartment. I will never recommend
