− Very warm room but was also a very warm evening
Very dissapointed with change of room without being consulted about change

− I booked a twin room for friends who were helping me at a rally and I found out for them they were only given a double room . Two men one having arthritis where twin room was more suitable . When I rang and asked why they were given a room with one bed staff claimed it was booked for one person where my booking clearly stated 2 adults . By the time staff sorted it and offered a chance one of the guys was resting n they didn’t want to cause hastle but neither got a good nights sleep . If a twin room is booked that is what should be given out and not changed before contacting the person who booked room.
