− I had a very bad experience with the host. First, the night before my arrival someone without name or presentation asked for my passport details (off course I didn’t give them) when I arrived at the property there was no one waiting for us, when I tried calling and texting they didn’t reply so I had to book another place. When they finally reply (one hour later) they said that the person asking for my details was their assistant and that they needed my details to automate my entrance. None of this information was said when the booking was confirmed. All this while waiting outside with 37 degrees and after a long travel.

10.0It’s a nice neighborhood, we arrived late but self check-in went smoothly. The room is spacious and clean, smells good too. The staff are accommodating and super nice. Air conditioning is available and functional.

− Il condizionatore era inutilizzabile perché emanava un forte odore di muffa, il copriletto era sporco con presenza di grosse macchie, le lenzuola erano macchiate, la ventola del bagno collegata insieme alla all'unica luce funzionante emetteva un rumore assordante, nel frigorifero c'era muffa, cuscini vecchi e duri
