− 館内の段差、迷路のような作り 風呂のサウナが写真と違って非常に狭く使えなかった（最初から何名用ときちんと書くべき） トイレの配管にカビ、ホコリが溜まっていた 部屋に備え付けの説明書がなかった（フロントで渡される一枚紙では不十分） 追加タオルが有料 食堂のライターが点かず、外国人のスタッフに交換を求めたが結局解決できず、別の日本人スタッフに対応してもらった 荷物運び、布団、浴衣等セルフの割に値段が強気（サービスに見合っていない） フロントが定型文を繰り返すロボットのようで親しみを持てない 電話がコールセンター受付になっており、受付時間内でないと予約の確認等がスムーズにできない 呼び出しを待つ間、最初からかけ直しを勧める自動音声なのも非常に感じが悪い

ゆっくりは出来ました。

− お風呂が思ったより広くなかった。 バイキングのメニューが少し物足りなかった。 清潔感に少し欠けていた(部屋の中に埃が残っていた)

− ホテル全体が、カビ臭かった お料理も何年か前に利用させてもらったが、昔ほど良くなかった 品数も少なく、揚げ物が多かった
