El hotel es muy lindo y cómodo. Súper limpio.
8.0La habitación está súper bonita, tiene mucha madera y eso las hace muy elegantes. El hotel en general es muy bonito. Tiene un restaurante que está muy lindo, no pude probarlo, pero siempre habían muchas personas.
− En Peña no tenía señal, así que pensé que en hotel iba a tener todo el tiempo pero no. No llegaba el internet a la habitación, ni en muchas partes del hotel. Algo que tampoco me gustó PARA NADA, es que en la noche salimos a cenar, y cuando regresamos las llaves de la habitación estaban en la barra de la recepción si ningun personal, la puerta del acceso estaba abierta (y pusieron un anuncio que por favor la siguieramos dejando entre abierta).. La recepción está a 3 pasos del acceso, cualquiera pudo haber tomado las llaves y entrar a nuestras habitaciones.

10.0Hotel con muy buena atención, habitación limpia y camas cómodas (nos quedamos en la doble). El día uno tardo un poco en salir el agua caliente pero el resto de la estancia sin problema. Todo el personal muy amables y atendían cualquier solicitud de manera pronta. Considero que es mas un hotel para parejas y/o adultos mas que para familias con niños (muchas escaleras al rededor) pero en general disfrutamos mucho nuestra estancia. Gracias a todos!
