7.0Close to Manchester city centre. Plenty of cafe, restaurants and convenience stores in the area. Beds were comfortable. Good price.
− Weird layout for a family room. The shower (with just a frosted glass door) is in the main room. Just odd, no privacy. No tea making facilities in the room, they offer this as an extra. I suppose it is a "budget" hotel, though.

6.0Location near Ashton canal, so 10-15min walk to Piccadily gardens. Nearby supermarket. Bed comfy.
− Bit "meh". AC came on every time put key card in, despite repeatedly turning it off. Room cold. Wifi a little slow.
