8.0Persoanele de la recepție sunt foarte amabile și gata să ajute.Camera a fost confortabilă și curată. Magazin COOP, stațiile de tramvai și gara foarte aproape. Cardul ce îl primești la chekin pentru a beneficia de reduceri și transport gratuit in Basel e grozav.Jos lângă recepție există o masă de călcat, un fierbător și mese pentru a mânca.
− Faptul că nu am putut deschide geamul. Priveliștea de la geamul camerei era frumoasă.
