− 温泉の温度が暑すぎで、長い間入れない。 エステ、マッサージなどが、欲しい。
よかった。
9.0プールや子供が遊べる施設が充実していた。
− 別館が古い。本館と違いすぎる。 料理があまり美味しくなかった。

6.0リーニューある語ということで館内が明るくきれいなのはよかったが部屋のドアがスムーズに開閉できず鍵も使いにくかったのが不便だった。 スタッフの皆さんの対応はフロントやレストラン（洗い場の方を含め）明るく親切でよかった。 肝心の温泉については源泉かけ流しでないのは仕方がないとしても朝方の風呂で湯船に湯が流れていない？（夜中にたまったまま状態？）なのは寂しい気がしてとても残念に感じた。
