10.0I had a wonderful stay at the Palau Hotel. The hotel was very clean, the staff were friendly, and the complimentary breakfast was a great bonus each morning. A special thank you to Joy and Eleen at the front desk— they were absolutely wonderful. They were incredibly helpful, welcoming, and always greeted guests with a smile. I would recommend this hotel when visiting Palau.
