Good hotel to stay

The room maid said that the management told her that 4* hotel must change bed-linen every 5 days, whilst in the Tourism law and acts in BG it is clearly stated every other day unless the guest request daily!

I was make a reservation for my friend's. Terrible dirty room, terrible food. They tell me that they will never come again

Hot springs access available from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
