Gostei bastante da localização do hotel, da estrutura e do atendimento na recepção, que foi cordial e prestativo.

− No entanto, alguns pontos comprometeram a experiência. Ao chegar para o check-in, houve um problema com a minha reserva: o valor cobrado não correspondia ao valor original da reserva. A solução demorou mais de uma hora, e durante todo esse período minha família precisou aguardar na recepção, o que foi bastante desgastante. Além disso, a experiência no restaurante foi decepcionante. O atendimento foi ruim, os preços são altos para o que é oferecido e a qualidade da comida não corresponde ao valor cobrado. Os pratos pareciam apenas reaquecidos, possivelmente no micro-ondas, o que comprometeu ainda mais a experiência. Acredito que o hotel tem uma boa estrutura e uma excelente localização, mas precisa melhorar seus processos de check-in e, principalmente, a qualidade e o atendimento do restaurante para oferecer uma experiência compatível com o valor da hospedagem.

El servicio de cocina es pésimo; la cena solo se sirve hasta las 8:30 p. m. con un camarero increíblemente amable pero poco dispuesto a ayudar. La pizza es precocinada, comprada en el supermercado. Los platos son excesivamente caros y las porciones insuficientes para una comida. Sugiero eliminar el pescado de las recetas; las que probamos estaban horribles, como el atún en ensalada. El desayuno consiste en café italiano que lleva días en la cafetera. El café debería prepararse fresco a diario en pequeñas cantidades, no esa tinta oscura y espesa que lleva días en la cafetera. El personal de recepción y aparcamiento es excelente, pero el personal de cocina es terrible.

Located in front of the sea, Hotel Oceanic features a pool and a hot tub. It offers rooms with free WiFi and hill views only 0.6 mi from Reñaca Beach.

With large windows overlooking the sea, rooms at Hotel Oceanic feature heating and cable TV. All of them have private bathrooms.

Breakfast is provided. We have bar, lunch and dinner options for guests. Located on the first floor of the Hotel.
