3.0La région est magnifique, l'établissement est bien situé, les paysages sont splendides.
− Quand nous sommes arrivés, la personne à l'accueil nous a bien accueillis, nous a amenés dans un appartement. Puis une demi-heure plus tard, est revenue nous chercher car elle s'était trompée ! Nous avons pris possession d'un autre appartement, certes conforme à ce que nous avions réservé. Mais très poussiéreux partout, moutons sous les lits, vaisselle sale et poussièreuse dans les placards. Nous avons dû laver la vaisselle avant de cuisiner. Il y avait le minimum vital pour cuisiner, une moyenne casserole (appartement pour 6!), un seul saladier... La douche était bouchée et les joints étaient sales. Nous avons eu 4 longues coupures d'eau et d'électricité de plusieurs heures durant le séjour. Il y avait une souris sous l'évier. L'évier tombait, la personne chargée de la maintenance est venue réparer. La plupart des équipements inscrits dans la fiche descriptive étaient absents: pas de micro ondes, pas de lave vaisselle. La machine à laver le linge est commune à tous mais gratuite. Certains équipements devaient être demandés à l'accueil en cas de besoin: sèche cheveux, fer à repasser... Cela n'a pas gâché nos vacances mais au vu du prix excessif payé, le rapport est très mauvais.
