10.0Everything! Great staff, very welcoming and helpful (esp Cody) lovely room, close proximity to bay, shops and restaurants. Breakfast was outstanding. Rooftop bar (and Ben the server) fantastic place to unwind, have a cocktail, small plates and gaze at the bay.

10.0A 10 all the way around. Greeted by Cody who was very helpful and kind. Stayed in Room 3. Lovely with balcony where we could view the bay. Quiet at night. Fireplace was added touch but we didn’t need in June. Great shower in bathroom. Amenities were perfect. Location was in the heart of everything. Penobscot Bay a few steps away. Rooftop bar was great. Hats off to Ben who remembered our drinks on second night! Breakfast was delicious. Absolutely would stay again. What a jewel!
Ok but not wonderful
6.0Great location. Fabulous view. Bathroom wonderful. But overall hotel did not meet our expectations for a luxery hotel. Room surface clean but lacking detail clean. Rugs and floor need a good cleaning, crumbs in nooks and crannies in tables and between cushions, and can be seen on floor under furniture. Staff cordial but not overly welcoming. Continental breakfast just ok nothing special.
The hotel is great! Booking.com is awful. Will never do business with them again!!

− Booking.com has over charged us. The hotel was great but booking.com is awful. Will never use them again. I want my money back from them that they took from me that was not authorized.
