O hotel precisa melhorar em muitos aspectos conforme citado acima.

− Muitos dias sem trocar a roupa de cama. Falta sala de jogos. Apenas dois elevadores pra muitos usuários, sendo que um, o hotel não esteve funcionando durante toda a semana.
