1. 服務人員 住過晶華、晶英系列，服務人員大多主動且有禮，這裡也是差不多的感受，不會有距離感但也不會太嗨；隔壁同集團捷絲旅的服務人員也很不錯。 2. 客房體驗 訂的是雅緻客房。房間整理的滿乾淨整潔度沒問題。床軟硬適中，枕頭有兩種可以選。淋浴空間不大，而半露天的浴池如同眾多訪客評論，很小很淺，就當作是小型個人浴缸吧，瘦小的人單人泡起來比較剛好，水放滿大概也就到腰際而已。至於擔心曝光的問題，男生是還好，因為陽台其實有用不太透的金屬板當圍牆，真的擔心的話可以拉下窗簾，不過通通都遮起來之後，也就沒有露天浴池的感覺了。只能說不懂規劃者的想法，想弄半露天浴池，但沒評估好實際情境做出這種可惜的設計。然後還是得說浴池真的是在礁溪住過中到高價位中的飯店裏最小的。 3. 隔音 特別提隔音是因為入住前看到其他住客提到隔音差的問題，實際體驗起來，可能是房門的問題，的確可以聽到走廊的動靜，尤其是開關門聲，有時候會以為是不是自己房門要被打開了，但除此之外，也許當天住客品質都不錯，沒聽到嬉鬧或吵雜的交談聲；外面的馬路聲基本上是沒聽到，可以一覺到天亮。 4. 設施 晶泉丰呂的住客可以直接使用捷絲旅的設施。晶泉本身的設施主要是頂樓的露天游泳池和泡湯池，不分男女需穿泳衣；池子都算蠻寬敞的，而泳池的視角可以眺望龜山島，視野不錯很多人會去拍網美照，根本沒在游泳；晚上場地則會化身成露天影院，可以舒服地在躺椅上看影片或放空。晶泉本身還有一個瑜伽+健身魔鏡的空間，但我沒去不知道裡面長怎樣。捷絲旅的話有一個簡單的健身房和大眾池，大眾池裡面就一個四十多度的池和一個冷池，熱池真的太燙，長輩比較泡得下去。題外話，泡完湯其實也可以在捷絲旅大廳吃點小點，跟晶泉提供的東西差不多，甚至還多了關東煮，也有一些小桌遊可以拿來玩。 5. 餐食 只有吃早餐，在三燔的空間。個人對吃的沒有太在意，整體感受就是沒有什麼特別的亮點，但品項是很豐富，味道中規中矩。

The room is clean and neat. The amenities were completely provided. Nice design for the hot spring tub. Facilities in the hotel is great. Free happy hour with unlimited red/white wine and snacks for the hotel guests, swimming pool and public hot spring are available on the rooftop terrace. The complimentary breakfast has variety of local food, it'd be great if there's sashimi as some 5 stars hotel would most likely offer it.

The service is great and it feels home. I love the hot spring tub in the room, it’s clean, comfortable and convenient. I enjoyed the happy hour every day at 5pm and movie night at 8pm a lot. Would def come back again :)))
