6.0One towel in bathroom, limited supplies, a shower door that opens inward making it difficult to get in, clearly didn’t want to serve dinner in restaurant, limited staff running from floor to floor

6.0Booked a junior suite, was a big room but lacked comfort, was very bland hotel room. Quite a noisy room, 21st floor, but could hear all traffic and calls to pray at 4am, really needs some better windows. Mini bar stocked daily with beer, soft drinks and crisps. Executive lounge was closed. Pool was nice and warm. Hotel quite busy on the weekend, but quiet Mon/Tues. Breakfast was good, great choice of local dishes and 'international' dishes & drinks.

10.0The hotel staff are professional, friendly and efficient. The in room dining was outstanding. Beyond our expectations for Best Western. Close to the Soes Merdeka bakery as well. We would skip the spa visit next trip. However that didn’t dampen our excellent experience.
