10.0The staff were friendly and very kind. We as a family felt safe and comfortable over there. The ladies in the kitchen were all kind and respectful specifically a Turkmen lady made us feel at home. Hotel management was respectful and very friendly. They were very helpful in the case of need and were trying to solve any possible problem asap. Rooms are safe, so we could leave all our belongings in the room without any hesitation.
