Bad Staff reception

The restaurant food in the lobby area is great. The hotel is clean and beautiful.

− The Hotel has a strict rule about Check-in. When I made the reservation, the hotel asked what time I would be arriving, and the hotel gave me a time to select. It doesn't matter what time you selected; your check-in was set to 1200 to 1300 because I had an activity starting at 1600. So I would arrive at the hotel and have time to be ready. That hasn't happened. My wife needs to start her preparation at 1400, so we will literally use the gazebo located in front of the Hotel to test the timing, because at 1600 we need to be in the activity. So I asked 1400 and 1430 to request early check-in for my wife to get a better space nd be ready for the activity. And they said the room is not ready yet. The hotel had 5 to 6 cars in the parking lot, which means it's impossible that the hotel is full. Also, they didn't change the check-in time. It doesn't matter that I let the staff know my wife was literally using the gazebo outside to start her preparations. When we arrived at the room, there was no AC because it was the season when the AC system doesn't work, so we had to open the windows to get air. The staff, not the air quality, is bad in Korea. Other things, we literally arrived late to the activity because of the time it takes to prepare for a luxurious activity. Finally, we arrived back at the hotel at 0200, and the room was warm. So we couldn't sleep in the hotel. My check-out was at 0230 am, and I left the hotel.

− 인터넷이 사용 불가 수준으로 느림 lte도 되지 않음 로비에서만 인터넷이 됨, 객실에서 인터넷 불가 수준 매우 불친절 하다고 느낌 개인적으로 평생 가본 호텔 중에 가장 최악이었음
