Worth the stay
10.0Very clean and inviting. Reserved a king room ADA compliant. Recieved both. Room was clean and comfortable. Although we were there just for 1 night. We will stay here again when in Morgantown wv.

4.0We stayed in a LaQuinta hotel in May in Arizona. It was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The one in Morgantown was dirty. The lobby and elevator were dirty - footprints, sticky stuff, a towel on the floor of the elevator. Our room was so-so. The comforter between the white linens seemed dirty so we took it off. The bathroom was dirty and the shower door opened out with no catch gutter on the bottom for water so when you stepped out of the shower the floor was soaked from the door. My business colleague said her bathroom was so dirty that she didn't want to take a shower. Overall, we would never stay there again.

Comfortable beds, and cotton sheets get A+ rating. Allowing dogs for nominal fee was A+ rating.
7.0Average offerings
− The room I requested was originally given keys to was not cleaned and didn’t have linens on the bed…it wasn’t ready at/after the 3:00 pm check-in time. I wanted a room with a tub but there was no way to plug the tub up. The carpet in our room was very dirty. I spilled water and when cleaning it up, the towel was black. Steam cleaning would help. I realize that allowing dogs would probably create some dirty carpet, but it should be steam cleaned periodically.

− There were many computer system errors when checking in. They gave us keys to a room that was already occupied.

2.0Dirty Room. Found old pork ribs in couch. Asked for room to be cleaned, never happened. Only one elevator/ ice machine working
