− The breakfast was bare bones Consider the price of the breakfast and the room charge. The dryer in the unit didn’t dry the clothes properly. The clothes came out damp after one hour of drying. I only had 3 summer outfits in the dryer. The dryer smelled a little moldy. I think there was not too lint. The dryer and washer was the number one reason when traveling with a family for more than a week. There was no paper towel in the kitchen.

8.0The location was great. Had a good view from the room. Had a good kitchen which was important for us
− Number of things did not work in the room. Dishwasher was misaligned. Toilet seat was not warming up. The rug in the living area was dirty. Furniture in living area was also not good. When we arrived we pointed out all these things but the staff took no action

− ホテルの入り口、入り方が分かりにくい。 特に入り口の自動ドアが「100呼出」を押さないと開かなく、たまたま警備員さんが近くに居て教えてくれたから入れたけど、事前に入り方を連絡してほしい（もちろん日本語で） ベッドの布団が湿っていた。 ラウンジの飲み物や食べ物の種類がない。 部屋によるのか、13階のわりにはロケーションは良くなかった。値段も高い。
