I don't usually write a review but I should this time because we really had bad experience. First of all, it's not a luxury suite room at all! A New York poster in the living room is torn and a kettle is broken. It was supposed to be including breakfast but the staff said to us to pay if we would like to have it. After arguing, she offered only one croissant and one coffee. I'm not happy to pay for the full price without decent breakfast. No hospitality or good service. I should have booked another hotel even if it's located a little far from the train station.

The place is less than welcoming. A person who wishes to speak English however when there is a problem switches to the age old option of 'I'm sorry but I do not understand'. On arrival could see immediately see and smell that the place was not clean. I asked for materials to clean the bathroom myself. The man (Francesco) quickly called the cleaner to attend .. which was appreciated. However, the cleaner protested that the place was clean even when I pointed out the condition of the shower floor. Francesco immediately took the position of 'if she says it is clean then it is clean' and that was that. I then progressed to clean the shower recess myself. Have a look at the photo attached to this review for the result. Another issue is no iron available. Reason provided we cannot provide due to safety regulations. But we can do it for you at a charge. Can we have access to the washing machine near the room? 'No but we can do it for you for 7 Euro a kg' By the way this in in the same washing machine. Breakfast - what you would expect to see in a one star establishment. Don't get your hopes up.

Arrived to find hotel did not have my booking. Extremely lucky we arrived early and they had one room. Disappointed in Hotels.com

Friendly service, convenient location, spacious

We spent one night there after a late flight from Bergamo/Milan. Our host Francesco picked us up from the airport despite giving him short notice, and he was friendly and chatty (we speak Italian, I'm not sure what his English is like) and gave us lots of tips about things to do in the area. He was very professional and he takes pride in the way he looks after the penthouse apartment. The room was rather large, immaculate, and the lounge area was also spacious. The aircon was good to have on such a warm night. The terrace is just perfect, providing a panoramic view over Brindisi. The area is quiet however there is a vibrant nightlife scene happening in the town's centre just a short walk away. We were made feel very welcome and a nice Italian-style breakfast was the finishing touch to our stay. I would recommend thing for business stays as well as for tourists who wish to blend into Italian life without giving up comfort. Grazie Francesco!

Stayed one night en-route to another destination. Very central location for station, shopping and reaching airport. Accommodation was spacious and clean wthin a block of apartments. Although website states check-in is until 11pm this is not the case and we had to make special arrangements with the owner for check in at 10.00pm, but he was very accommodating.
