9.0Close to Daughter and family. Breakfast, pool and hot tub. Housekeeping was very friendly, soiled towels and trash were taken care of everyday .
− I have issues with my knees and up and down the stairs several times a day was difficult. The bed was not the most comfortable.
It is a fine place to stay.
7.0Its location is convenient to reach freeways and restaurants.
− The room is way too dark. Its smoke detector in the room is gone!

10.0Live in Mpls, perfect halfway spot between Mpls and Duluth. Just enough stores in town, if you forget something. Within walking distance of coffee, fast-food, restaurant, liquor store. Most of all I LOVED the staff. Immediate attention to an issue in the pool area with another guest and my daughter. Also, we had a unique situation where I booked a room 1 day early because I didn't know when I'd arrive, due to work and personal circumstances causing delay We were later than expected and they called to check on us. I will use this hotel again,simply for the people. I work in aviation, and you don't get genuine hotel staff all the time. Breakfast, pool, coffee, lobby, bathrooms outside of room, easy parking, hotel in very close proximity to parking lot, and it was QUIET!
− Room had a lot of moisture. It was hot and rainy, so that could have been it. Also, there is not an elevator.
Mindful of Fees for Late Checkout.

− Charged for late check out. I was not told of Fees. Or time of Late checkout. Front desk saw me at Breakfast. New person helped me checkout. Maybe she thought I was told.. but did not help my situation. She told me Staff was gone to clean room. So she had to clean room. She charged me dearly. Also pool was good except for Kids throwing balls. As there is a Machine that sells balls for the kids. No parental guidance. I did tell Staff after the fact. Indoor pool. Glass windows and balls.. not good!

9.0Could use more healthy options at breakfast. Everything was oriented towards sugar and fat. How about some granola, eggs, etc.
