16-17 июня 2026 Прекрасный отель, прекрасный номер: большой, со всеми принадлежностями и даже больше, чем обычно (пляжные тапочки, зонтик). Отлично работающий кондиционер, не шумный. Отличные разнообразные и обильные завтраки в удобное время с 7-11 Рядом с бассейном много лежаков и все под зонтиками, все очень комфортно Но есть моменты: 1. в номере нет связи и очень слабая сеть интернета. Приходится ходить на ресепшен 2. Сотрудники не владеют английским вообще, ни на ресепшен, ни в ресторан. Очень пытаются на русском, результат такой же 3. Рядом с отелем нет супермаркетов, а магазинчиках очень скудный ассортимент всего и особенно фруктов. А на отдыхе с ребенком на это очень

Приветливый персонал, который старается помочь, хотя и не всегда сразу понимает, что от них требуется (трудности перевода). Вкусные и разнообразные завтраки, красивая территория, отличное расположение отеля.

− Не вкусный кофе, хотя за углом находился Starbucks с вкуснейшим кофе. Никакая оргнизация бесплатных обзорных экскурссий: завезли на чайную церемонию, по пути остановились у Домов деревьев для фотографирования, где семь человек и оставили, включая семью с маленьким ребенком, у которых еще и вещи остались в автобусе. При этом экскурсовод всем сказал, что мы сами решили остаться и самостоятельно прогуляться по городу. Поэтому платные экскурсии от отеля дальше мы не рассматривали.
